Exact dupliccate of OEM Z button. Good quality plastic reproduction. Be aware however that you need to disassemble the steering wheel to install it which was not clear in the initial description that mentioned using two-sided tape. I was not prepared to disassemble my steering for fear of breaking something else or voiding the warranty, so Seller not only apologized but was kind enough to process a refund for the purchase including shipping costs. Class act Seller!
