Instead of receiving 100 x multicolour glow sticks, we were sent 100x green colour glow sticks. Contacted the seller. They offered to refund 1/8 of the money and asked us to resell the sticks locally which we didn’t accept. Seller kept sending the same auto reply message to us whenever we sent them a message. It is a very disappointing purchase since we are planning to use the sticks for our wedding. Frustrated with seller’s reply too as they sent the same message over and over again.
