Appalled! Ordered Orange kettle and delivered Purple with dings all over it. Emailed Goodiy to advise. Over 2-weeks I have received 8 non-sensical replies "wrong colour received, ok?" and "partial refund, ok" and "re-send kettle for free." This business fails to appreciate I do not want a discount for an item I did not order and it is not free simply because I have paid for an item that still has not been delivered. Ebay, how on earth do you allow this business in this market? AVOID!!!!!!
