The item arrived on time, and was a good quality item. Unfortunately the measurements in the description were incorrect and the item was too large for our purposes. When we informed the seller, they were extremely understanding and polite and gave us a full refund and as compensation did not require us to return the item. Overall, we felt we received a good service except for the initial error in the description.
