However, I received an incorrect item, which is the only reason I took a star off for item description (I ordered an unpatched Switch and received a patched unit; otherwise it was in excellent condition). That said, I believe it was an entirely honest mistake, and the seller immediately responded to my questions and offered a free return and refund, so overall I give them high marks and would be willing to order from them again.
