I didn't receive the item I ordered, only some pills. Although I received a refund, I still lost $10 of it because I had to pay customs duty for goods I did not order. I can't do anything with it - the only thing I can do is throw it in the trash.

The package was arrived on time BUT!!! There’s no protection for the bottle of glass.. You put it in the plastic bag and delivered it from across the world to Thailand.. “with out any protection!!” It’s unacceptable.. Thanks god it didn’t break.. Next time with other customers Please wrapped some bubbles or something that will be great.
