Seller communicated he used UPS However, when the item arrived USPS was the carrier and they wanted 218.67 more for shipping on top of the 99.00 we agreed upon. I sent him a picture of the return label from USPS stating he only paid for 1oz for shipping on his end. I ended up refusing the item and sending it back because we did not agree on that.
