I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have encountered with a problem with something I have bought from anywhere. I bought a bedside table lamp with a glass shade that was packed to perfection arrived on time and wasn't damaged. Put the lamp together plugged it in and it started flashing on and off depending on how the cord was situated. Notified the seller explained what was happening and told them I made a video. They stated no problem gave me a full refund. Great Service
