I haven't been able to get the fan remote to connect with my fan as I anticipated, but there is more troubleshooting I might need to do before I contact seller. I believe the remote was sent in good faith to be understood to be in working condition, it does appear new as advertised. Processing and shipping were prompt & packaged well.
