Here are the positives: the item was exactly as advertised and packed carefully so as to avoid damage in shipping. This is especially important to me.
The negatives: though the seller printed a label right away, the item did not actually ship for nearly two weeks. I am a patient person but this is definitely MUCH slower than other eBay sellers. Additionally, the seller never contacted me with an update or explanation. This is just poor customer service.

I the seller informed me that the Funko pop was never removed from the box and that there was no damage to the box. When I received the pop, there was tear in the bottom of the box. I contacted the seller and they informed that the damage occurred during shipping. The way that the pop was packaged, there is no way that the damage occurred in shipping. I requested a discount. She offered 25%. I countered with $50. She said she could do $40. I accepted. It has been two weeks and no refund.
