Seller was very responsive and reasonable in my negotiation. The item was exactly as described. However, the problem was with Xfinity. Apparently, they will not allow anyone to use a Xfinity brand modem without a rental agreement. I could not use the modem. When I contacted the seller, they were willing to take back the unit. Because it would have cost me $15+ to ship it, I proposed to donate the modem, and just take a $15 refund. The seller agreed and we have a win-win at the end.
