Much faster to map the house than earlier Roborocks - mop functionalty is much better than the older dragging a wet cloth along the ground. Pet avoidance is a nice feature along with cable avoidance etc. A little irritating at how "Rocky" now listens in to all our conversations, and keeps interrupting conversations - but overall a great upgrade. No issues at all with shipping - arrived in great condition and super fast!

The item was new as advertised and have been very happy with the watch and the service provided would highly recommend this supplier to anyone.
