Even though the guitar was supposed to be new, it was sent in an used old box that has clearly been opened and re-packaged. The guitar was not well insulated for international shipping. The neck of the guitar has a dent which wasn't described in the product description. I immediately contacted and waited 24 hours but the seller didn't respond. After starting return process, the seller finally responded and partially refunded. Overall, buying experience was bad and I don't recommend this seller.

Very disappointed with this transaction. After waiting for weeks it eventually arrived with the box torn. Item itself is OK but value compromised due to damage to the box. Response from seller was “sorry “ Lesson learned, I will think twice before buying from Japan again and never again from this seller.

    This is a great watch! It is a big watch, so as long as you are looking for a stylish watch that is 43mm, you’ll love it. Would definitely recommend, simply because of the watch movement.
