    no cap , the water was leaking into the package when i receieved .then a seller said that it stated on the site that it has not got a pump but it did not state that there are no a cap . disgraceful , a seller did not refund or replacement at all , they should not sell such a product , Hygine issues , it is a common sence , I would not recommend this seller , cheating , bad seller , they convinced me to keep such a fauly item , shocking .

    Deceived. I was deceived, because they said "open box" on the product description, which was true, but the product (bottle) itself was more or less half empty. They didn't specify that it was already used and consumed; only that the package was open. This means that the product itself should have cost around £3! But I paid £6.50 for this. You should be ashamed, guys. Ebay wouldn't let me add a neutral/negative comment and I was forced to click the "positive" feature so I can post today 10/4
