Pleasantly surprised. Packed extremely well; comparable to buying new electronics with stiff foam around unit and heavier gauge cardboard box (not the flimsy stuff you get in home depot or u-haul). You could tell just by looking on outside of box that the receiver was more than likely not going to be damaged. Equipment passed the dim bulb test and everything lit up. Shipping costs were reasonable and seller did allow a little negotiating. Thanks
