    This lens is sharp and easy to use with the constant 4.5f aperture Mounted on a Sony A390 makes for a good combo.

    This is an excellent lens which can without restriction be used on any SLR cameras SONY. I want to believe that someday there is a man who can revive the MINOLTA company and its legendary optics !

    Great price, sharp, good build, terrible focusing distance

    Even bring old, the item I bought operates without issues, glass is clean. Pictures are sharp, for the price it's a very good lens. Autofocus performance is reasonable but a bit noisy, manual focusing is so so. The main issue with the lens is the minimum focusing distance - it's very poor.

    Light & small bargain

    If you want to travel light with a full frame kit you can't do better than this on an a7 series camera with adapter. IQ is excellent at f5.6 & above. Add a Maxxum 35-70 f3.5-4.5 and you're good to go. Can't imagine a smaller FF package.
