The seller listed the purse and I bought it and then they messaged me saying it is supposed to be more expensive than what I paid and I can pay $1500 more for it if I want it. I told them that’s not fair, I purchased it for the listed price. They tried to send me a free lock and key set but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted what I bought. I don’t think this was right of them to do and they need to be more diligent in pricing before listing and honor their listing price to the buyer.

We have fully refunded all buyers who purchased the products at the incorrect prices. As a gesture of apology, we have also provided them with a complimentary Louis Vuitton padlock.
