I received the wrong binding machine. Customer service was kind about it and provided a refund and a free return shipping label… but now Im out the machine, mid project, and time as I now have to get it boxed up and shipped back. Still no machine, and wasted a bunch of time AND project unfinished. Nick really wanted to make it right and this is probably his best option but I would caution future buyers to not buy if working on a tight time/$ budget. Too much hassle no reward.
