I waited a whole day waiting for a response to an email asking for a full refund and an address to send the item back as it was of no use to me. I then got an email wanting pictures of said item which I did. They then said yes I was right it was a 1/24th not a 1/12th.Then they offered me a 30% refund which I said was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund as this was their fault not mine.They did in the end give me a full refund.
