    The Best Book I've Read in Years!

    This book is amazing! If you don't laugh out loud, you're dead. If you don't almost cry at the end..or at least get misty -- you have a heart of stone. Burl Barer is brilliant -- he writes this book in the first person as Jeff Reynold, Private Eye -- but Jeff is not a very good detective. He is really a former psychic turned mystery writer -- his PI license is just a gimmick. A recluse hires Jeff to find out if it is safe to come out of the house. No, it's not. I have never read a book this clever before -- and I wonder why I have not seen another in the series. If you love mysteries and very clever writing, you must get this book!
