    My first exposure to Colette Peters and may I say she is very good at what she does. Anyone that would be lucky enough to take a class taught by her you are lucky. Great book and all her techniques.

    This book gives you all the ins and outs of making beautifully different wedding cakes. Covers many different decorating methods and explains clearly how to make a cake structurally sound.
