Amazing life saving curries if you crave a good curry
Curry recipes as good as or even better than I've had in Leicester, UK. The curries in Leicester are really good. I discovered that curries don't need to hit you with spices. They can be really subtle. I've made the biryani. It was amazing. Best to make a double recipe and freeze the leftovers. Grinding the spices in a mortar and pestle is a lot of work, but the result is worth it. I have the leftover curry sauce, next day, with a roti. Absolutely amazing. It's impossible to get a good curry where I live in Brisbane, Australia. I've been told our population is not big enough to attract good indian chefs. Pity. Have to cook your own or fly over to the UK.
