I ordered a 10” cake cover but received one measuring 6”, which was of no use to me. Requested a refund. I was offered £2.30, then £3.40 then £4.75. Apparently ‘returns are complicated and difficult’. No refund received but they had the audacity to request a 5* review! Appalling. Do not deal with this seller.
