Trunk mat was folded up to tight it has permanent wrinkles. I thought it would have been rolled. I've ordered similar products from other sellers. Seller has good communication and I did everything they recommended. Including leaving it outside for 2 days in 90°. Seller offered me $5 refund talk about a slap in the face. Maybe I'm picky but it looks horrible to me and I'd never put it in my car.
