I ordered a part that was advertised as compatible with AM5 motherboards. However, upon receipt, I discovered that it did not fit my AM5 motherboard. Although the seller refunded the cost of the part, they did not reimburse the shipping costs, despite the error being on their part. Additionally, there was no apology or message accompanying the refund, which amounted to only four dollars. Overall, this was a very disappointing interaction, and I would not recommend dealing with this seller again.
