Made offer-seller accepted-one item is broken-asked for nominal credit-seller wants it all back-told me to return to sender-post office won’t allow as it’s been opened-wasted my time and gas-seller said she’d file a claim with usps, however it’s not insured-seller doesn’t feel I should have an adjustment because I made an offer on the listing-the items were not properly packed-in a ziplock without any packing material-Asked for $5-was offered $2 and nothing has been credited-see attached photos.

Buyer was ruled from the start. I gave a great deal. Packaged in baggie and box. Claims the monkeys leg snapped off. Deal was so go each item was 71 cents each. Buyer accessed me of sending item broke. Told me I was going to refund them $5. I said $2 hey were not happy. I stated three times to send back for a full refund and I would cover the cost of their shipping. sorry I tried to resolve even told them I preferred to have my items back. .
