Aside from the fact no Gskill ripjaw memory came with the motherboard, everything went smoothly. The board was well packaged but the outside box had a 6 inch slice in it courtesy I suppose of USPS. The motherboard box was intact. The motherboard in excellent condition and the installation was a snap. I had DDR3 around so the lack of the promised memory was irrelevant to me.
The board description was as follows:
Asus M5A97 rev2 motherboard + Gskill ripjaw x (blue) 2x4gb [but no memory]
