Adding clarification. When contacted that one of the plates (of the 16) had broken, I expressed my surprise and apologies, asking him about the packaging because I had remembered packing it inside a smaller box, wrapped well in packaging paper (will be sure to use bubble wrap as well; I do not ship these as often). I wanted to confirm that so that I could better understand how it potentially broke for my education. Instead of answering my question, the buyer immediately left a negative review.
