Item arrived promptly. Miraculously in one piece considering that the seller demonstrated a couldn't care less/had no i attitude to packaging. Totally inadequate (see photo). Also extortionate postage charge for such a saucer sized item. Otherwise exactly as described.

This item was packed with great care - I try to recycle packaging for environmental reasons and so perhaps the parcel is not the prettiest - the porcelain item arrived safely as it was packed well - the postage was via Royal Mail Signed For at a cost of £6.25 (hardly extortionate) and was visible to you at the time of order - kind regards
