Appear to be genuine OEM as advertised. I was a little warry based on the price, but the internal construction is identical to the blister-packed 1222 at the big box store (at 1/3rd the price). Aftermarket and no-name replacements do not have the stainless parts on the internal shaft. Purchasing Moen cartridges is confusing as some OEM bulk versions (1222B) come in a blister pack and others, like these, come in a plastic bag.
