I ordered this 4K UHD steelbook and the next day the peice reduces substantially makind me out of pocket. Company refuses to cancel orders and reply days later claiming that it is too late to cancel which comes across as a lame excuse. They refuse to partial refunds too claiming that eBay fix their prices (offers etc).
