The item was listed as new and when it was delivered it was definitely not new. I reached out to seller and he was quick to respond, but, he indicated he sent me the wrong one and instead of trying to make it right and send me the correct one, he tried to convince me to install it and use it. I elect to install and send back and let him know, which he indicated that as soon as I let him know the tracking he would refund, that did not happen. He ended up refunding after he received.
