It won't be. You are receiving the light as we removed it from the car. I don't have the time or staff to get a magnifying glass out and fully describe, in detail, every individual light. It is YOUR responsibility to mouse over all images, to look at the light, and ask me any other questions that you may have about the light BEFORE you purchase it. You need to assume each light will have average wear associated with an item of this type and age. This includes sun fade, gravel stars, edge chips and cracks, age & sun stress lines, cracked, missing or repaired mounting tabs, pits in chrome trim, etc. No bulbs, wiring, light covers, etc. are included unless mentioned in the ad. If you do happen to receive any bulbs, wiring, etc. there is no warranty on them.”
