The item was in brand new condition and packaged well, and appropriately, to survive the travel it made to my doorstep! Lol. The items were as described, like I said, I ordered the wrong ones, but the item shipped fast and came in brand new unopened condition as the seller listed it would. I'd buy from this seller again if I have any needs for my new pool robot in the future !
