Cancelling. On the day item should have arrived, I was told to wait 24-48 hours for USPS to update, it had been 120 hours since tracking provided. Told USPS must have lost the package. USPS never updated with a received notification. Seller told me to contact the post office. Then they said they didn't get a receipt when they dropped off the item and USPS has done this to them before, possible, but then one would learn to always get a receipt. Neutral only because of the prompt response
