Ordered two received one how you can make a mistake like this is beyond me, I asked seller to post out second item seller bluntly refused by saying we cannot purchase another postage label that's very poor customer service and excuse if I ever heard one. It's very also unprofessional and rude in my opinion. The seller did refund for the other item but I will not be dealing with with this seller again because of their appalling customer service and attitude.

We were never rude to you as per our emails and apology. Regarding the label, since you are a buyer you have no idea how the seller portal works, therefore a postage label is purchased once and cannot be repurchased again.
