But I want everybody to know why. The product that came was actually excellent, but it was not the correct flogger. This seller sells a lot of products, and all of them are excellent, and this one was just miss packaged. But the seller did everything exactly to make sure that I got the correct product, and offered me a refund, and there was no issue whatsoever. Shipping was fast and seller communication was prompt and concise. There was a mistake where a wrong item was sent out of the 4 items that were ordered, but the seller was extremely quick to remedy the mix up, in a way that was above and beyond! Yes, the item is great, exactly as described, and packed well, but what made this so amazing was the seller's response when USPS completely lost the original shipment. I waited more than a week, and then contacted the seller. No hassle, no questions asked, no hesitation - they just shipped me out another one. got to me in a few days. all good. I know it wasn't the seller's fault that my original item never got to me, but they made sure I got what I paid for!!
