The item was as described but the buckle broke as I was trying them in for the first time. I contacted the seller who promptly offered my me a return and refund. If not for this flaw they would’ve been an amazing value. I’d definitely use this seller again. They stand behind what they sell! And that is very important to me. I’m prolly gonna just keep the shoes and eat the cost b/c they were so cooperative!! A++
