My other laptop (different seller) was wrapped tightly in cardboard and shipped like a book. Not the case with this seller. Great job So the battery issue isn't really a big deal

    Good Printer Sharing Unit

    My only issue with this unit is that it is not, at least for me, an "automatically switching unit". I find that I have to tell the software driver to manually switch from one computer to the other. Not terribly inconvenient, just not what I expected it to do with the word "auto" in the description..

    Iffy...

    I was trying to connect Mac 10.10 and Win 10 machine. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Software not great. Not really sure why is work sometimes on the Mac. Always worked on the Win (Surface Pro 3) machine but iffy on Mac. Don't count on it.

    more junk on Ebay

    bought this item and went thru a lot to get it installed. And when was done it didn't switch from one printer to another. have to move the cables by hand. Don waste your time or money. needs improvment

    Good for Intended use

    After initial setup issues the unit worked just fine. Needs a clearer set of instructions for setup though. Otherwise working as intended.
