    This doll was supposed to be "new" but when it arrived I found missing flowers and tissue, unwrapped arms, bent and dirty paperwork, a box the worse for wear and the doll was not presented like the photo on ebay. I contacted the seller and she said she was selling it for someone else, hadn't checked it out, was so sorry and refunded my cost right away. I really appreciated this. Wonderful seller! I'll try to replace the flowers. Shipping was fine and on time and the doll looks OK.
