Came through well packaged. The box was partially destroyed, but the graphics card came in working fine! This is my first time buying a 'server' graphics card, and I did have some trouble getting it installed in my machine. It would not fit with all 3 of the supplied fans. Also, these Nvidia compute GPUs require a proprietary (not really, but regular power supplies don't have them) 8 pin power connector. I picked one up for $9, but it would have been nice in the listing. Works great!
