My only issue was that it came with a UK plug and not an Australian plug. This was not mentioned in the description. I contacted the seller and they were very professional in handling this issue so quickly for me. I was offered a partial refund to purchase an Australian equivalent plug. This is how issues should be conducted. I would recommend this seller for future purchases. ++++

Not sure how something like that can get lost. It was a birthday present. But I did get a refund because they didn't want to send me another one they told me to reorder on there site and the same item was $50 dearer. So go figure. Can not support businesses like this one.
