I'd say "negative" experience but then it tells me to contact seller to resolve which I'm unable to do for some reason. Seller created a shipping label but failed to ship, so I'm just out money at this point. No one at eBay is offering actual help and no option to contact seller, so I'm extremely frustrated over the whole thing. If you didn't plan to ship, just cancel the transaction so I can move on. How hard is it?!
