    framed photo arrived, broken glass and damaged photo ,not really surprised due to sellers unsatisfactory packaging .i contacted seller requesting replacement ,he refused stating that he would not do so unless he himself was compensated for the loss by royal mail ...as the cost of framed photo was only £8 i decided to leave it at that ,Beware of this seller .

    The photo was VERY well packed. Bubble wrapped and sent in a thick cardboard box. The buyer sent me a barrage of threatening messages demanding I immediately refund 'or else.' I explained to the buyer he would need to open up a dispute and supply me with evidence of the damaged item and packaging so I could claim with Royal Mail and refund him. The buyer did not open the dispute and did not supply sufficient evidence. I find this suspicious and will now ask eBay to investigate this buyer.
