      The item was as described. However, it was NOT shipped in the "in-place foam" that he claimed. I asked to return it,, and he replied, " you can for a 30% restock fee. Nowhere in the listing was that a thing. That equates to roughly $150. When I asked why it wasn't shipped in the foam, he ghosted me! eBay created a case number and assured me I would get a refund...that also didn't happen!
