We never made a complaint with eBay as they are stating. We have no communication with eBay about anything of the sort and will report this buyer for making fraudulent claims against us. We literally go out of our way to give freebies, upgrade shipping for free and fix any issues.

It was not worth the value and ended up being thrown away. I wanted a refund after the fact. Now, I’m okay w/o. it. I sent photos of my real bag. The seller still lied. Then he states the bag was used and bent. Go figure. He sent a bag in a flimsy postal envelope. Why would I use the bag for a gift then take it back? It was never used! A month later.
