    Great product, service and value. But I'm upset with FedEx. I checked on the package arrival yesterday (26th) at 4pm but saw nothing. I checked again ths morning at 11am, and FedEx left the parcel in the middle of the driveway. External package was soaking wet from rain, but fortunately the ink catridges were not damaged.
