All three worked great but they had different options instead of all being the same. The label on the box was the same for all three, but one had a full touch screen (nice!) but not the discrete graphics card that was advertised. One had 64gb of RAM instead of 32gb (no complaints about that). Overall these are excellent laptops in very good shape. Just expected all three to be the same.

I purchased a set from Amazon at a cost of almost $80 and advised the seller to indicate in their description of the printer that it does not come with toner. They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.
