The item is from Lithuania, and the return policy implied the return shipping cost would be roughly the same as the sales shipping cost ($19); however, because the return is to Lithuania the cost to return the shoes was either $450 (FedEx) or $550 (UPS). I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit. I tried to contact the seller twice about this (I wanted them to send me a shipping label and I'd pay $19 for it), but they never responded. eBay was no help.
