After 3 attempts I told her I would reach out to a customer representative. I will not shop with her anymore. Buyer’s own photo (#2) proves the color matches my listing. She then manipulated lighting in later photos to falsely support her claim. My listing clearly states all sales are final. When her return attempt failed, she retaliated with false and damaging feedback. This is a dishonest misuse of eBay’s return and feedback system.
